Lost devices in Northern Michigan
I woke up at 7:40 a.m. Friday in a lakeside cabin near Traverse City and found my devices missing from the desk. The laptop, tablet, and charger were all there yesterday, now gone. These devices hold work notes and photos from family trips, and losing them hits hard. I last used them at the coffee shop on Front Street, downtown Traverse City, just a block from the bay, under a bright red awning. The harbor light was soft and calm that morning; now it feels oddly quiet without them.
