Silver-tone necklace with heart charm found

I found a silver-tone necklace this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart Supercenter on S Dewey Ave in North Platte. It’s an 18-inch chain with a small heart pendant that has a tiny blue stone set in the top corner. The back of the heart charm is engraved with 'Forever,' and the clasp shows a little tarnish from wear. It seems sentimental, and I figured someone must be missing it—I'd really like to help get it back to its owner.
