Found a well-kept gold wedding band with inscriptions near the banks of the North Platte River.

Description

I found a gold wedding band while walking my dog along the banks of the North Platte River yesterday. It looks very well kept and has some inscriptions on the inside that suggest it's quite personal. I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner, as it seems very special.
