Found a small brown rabbit with a collar in a yard in North Platte, Nebraska.

Description

I discovered a small brown rabbit hopping around in my yard in North Platte this morning. It seems friendly and appears to be well cared for, as it has a little collar with no tags. I'm quite concerned for its safety, and I want to ensure it finds its way back home.
