Two-tone Samsonite suitcase with blue TSA lock

I found a two-tone black-and-red Samsonite 28-inch hard-shell suitcase this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart Supercenter on Getwell Road in Southaven, MS. It’s dented a bit on the top-left corner and has a blue TSA lock and a bright lime-green luggage tag with the initials J.K. Inside it looks mostly empty, just a folded garment bag and some packing straps. The wheels roll nicely and the overall condition is fair.
