On Friday at 7:15 p.m., I found a tan folder labeled Travel Visas on the concrete steps outside the Fargo Theatre on Broadway in downtown Fargo. Inside, there were several visa pages, a passport-sized booklet, and a small receipt with a name that is only partly legible. I picked it up and turned it into the local lost-and-found desk, hoping the owner would see this listing soon. It has a few unique marks—a faint coffee ring on the back and a small dent at the bottom-right corner. I lost two tickets to the North Dakota Music Festival while walking to my car in the parking lot near the event venue. I think I dropped them while fumbling with my keys.
