I found a large navy blue Samsonite suitcase this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Muskegon Farmers Market on West Western Avenue. It's a hard-shell case with a built-in TSA lock and two wheels that roll smoothly. There's a bright teal luggage tag on the handle and a small dent on the bottom corner; the gray interior has a palm-tree print and a stitched 'JW' monogram on a strap.
