I LOST my passports. I was at the Alabama State Capitol steps around 11:20 a.m. yesterday, finishing a quick meeting and heading back to my car. I must have set my tote down for a moment near the Rosa Parks Museum, and my passports disappeared from inside. They're in a red leather cover with a tiny sticker of the state flag. I'm anxious because I have a flight next week and these documents are irreplaceable. If someone picked them up, please let the site know—I'm hoping they turned up somewhere around this area.

I’m Daniel Reed. I found a student ID on the sidewalk outside the Alabama State University Library on Bibb Street around 9:15 this morning. The card has a photo and a name, but I couldn’t read it clearly enough to identify the owner. It looks important, so I placed it on a ledge by the library entrance, hoping the rightful owner will see this and reclaim it.

They are glossy with gold foil lettering reading 'Montgomery Jazz Fest' and have a perforated edge along the bottom. One ticket bears a tiny coffee stain near the corner and a faint star sticker on the back; the stubs match with the same serial numbers. I know someone out there is missing these and they probably mean a lot for a night out. The tickets are white with black text and a bold red VIP header; they were still attached with a small paper clip.
