Description
I lost two of my landscape paintings last Saturday around 5:15 p.m. while setting up a small easel beside the River Raisin Trail near Monroe City Park. They’re on stretched canvas, about 24x36 inches each, one showing a golden sunset over cornfields and the other a moody cityscape with purple dusk. I had them secured in a wooden portfolio, but it must have slipped from my grip as I wandered to the riverbank to photograph the scenery. These pieces mean a lot to me after months of painting and I’m hoping a kind stranger who found them left them somewhere safe.
