Silver iPhone 12 Pro Max in blue panda-case

I lost my silver iPhone 12 Pro Max yesterday around 3pm in Monroe. It was in a blue OtterBox case with a panda sticker on the back and a cracked screen that's still mostly usable. The last place I remember using it was the Monroe Public Library on Oak Street, then I swung by the cafe next to Monroe City Hall before realizing it was gone. The wallpaper is a photo of my dog, Milo, and there's a tiny dent on the bottom edge. This phone has sentimental photos from family trips, and I'd really appreciate getting it back.
