Lost pins in Monroe, LA
Last Friday around 6:20 p.m., I realized I’d lost a small set of pins while walking through Antique Alley near Forsythe Avenue in downtown Monroe. The pins are two enamel designs—one features a pelican and the other a fleur-de-lis—slightly scratched from wear but still bright. They were tucked in a worn leather journal sleeve I’d been carrying, and I’d hoped to wear them to a family event the next day. They’re sentimental to me, and I’d be grateful to have them back.
Lost: Pocket Watches in Monroe
Today around 9:15 a.m., I realized my pocket watches were missing from the inside pocket of my blazer after I left Antique Alley on Desiard Street in downtown Monroe. I had stopped to chat with shopkeepers at the Desiard Street Antique Market, and I must have bumped something and forgotten them. The watches are heirlooms—one silver with a delicate chain and engraving, the other brass with a simple dial. It’s been a rough morning, and I’m desperate to have them back. If anyone finds them, please contact me through the site so we can arrange a safe return.
Lost: Felines, last seen near Forsythe Park
I live in Monroe, Louisiana, and around 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday I realized my Felines weren't in their usual spots. I had stepped out to grab groceries and the two cats—Milo and Cass—slipped out the door. The Bayou DeSiard trail and the Forsythe Park fountain were dim with dusk, and my heart dropped when I looked back. If you saw two purring tabbies wandering near Forsythe Park or by the old courthouse, please think of Milo and Cass and help me bring them home.
Found Avians near Masur Museum, Monroe
I found Avians this evening while walking along Third Street near the Masur Museum in Monroe around 5:45 pm. A small group of birds were perched calmly on a bench and in the surrounding shrubs, clearly not wild but not frightened either. I kept a respectful distance and checked for any bands or signs, then decided to post here so the owner could be reunited with their companions. The birds seem friendly and can be settled safely with a little care. If you recognize them, please reply so we can coordinate a safe reunion.
LOST: Document Holders in Monroe
I lost my document holders yesterday evening, around 6:20 pm, as I was leaving the library at the University of Louisiana Monroe on University Avenue in Monroe. The set includes a black leather portfolio and a gray file sleeve, both a bit worn from commute days. I need them for class handouts and official papers, and the thought of losing them gives me real anxiety about tomorrow’s meeting. If anyone saw them or picked them up, please return them somewhere near the library entrance, by Forsythe Park, or wherever you found them so I can recover what’s mine.
Lost: two toasters in Monroe.
I'm Camille LeBlanc, and I know how small things hold big memories. This morning around 7:45 a.m., I was grabbing a quick breakfast and unloaded groceries when I realized two toasters were missing from my kitchen counter. One is a cherry-red vintage Sunbeam, the other is a sleek stainless model that reminds me of late-night shifts at the hospital. I last saw them on the kitchen island, then I left for Forsythe Park to pick up my brother from school; by the time I got home they were gone. If someone found them, I’d be grateful to have them back; they’re more than appliances to me.
Lost postcards in Monroe, LA
LOST postcards remind me of a long-ago trip to downtown Monroe. I was walking through Forsythe Park around 11:45 a.m. last Saturday when the bundle slipped from my pocket. They’re personal notes and a few photos from a road trip, things I’d hoped to show my sister later, and I’m worried they’ll vanish for good. If you found them, please drop them through the site so I can be reunited with these little memories.
Lost DVDs in Monroe
Hi, I’m Kaitlyn LeBlanc, and I can’t find my DVDs anywhere in Monroe. I last had them yesterday around 4:30 p.m. in the Pecanland Mall parking lot, by the Ouachita River, after I grabbed some snacks from the mall's food court. The set includes a mix of sci-fi and classics, all in a black tote with my initials on the corner. I’m anxious to get them back, as a few of the titles are hard to replace.
Beige tote bag with blue panda keychain
I found a beige tote bag this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Monroe Public Library on Oak Street. It's a medium-sized canvas bag with brown leather trim at the corners, and the inside lining is navy blue. I spotted a blue panda keychain clipped to the zipper and a burgundy cardigan tucked over the strap, plus a spiral notebook with the initials 'LJ' on the cover. The bag looks used but in decent shape, no major damage. If this belongs to you, describe the contents or the initials on the notebook to claim it—I’m glad to help get it back to its owner.
Silver flute in red velvet case
I lost my silver Yamaha flute yesterday around 3pm near the Monroe Public Library on Main Street. It's in a red velvet-lined hard case with a black shoulder strap, and the flute body has a couple light scratches near the foot joint plus a tiny dent near the A key. There’s a faded sticker with a music note on the outside of the case. It was a gift from my grandmother and still means the world to me, so I’d be grateful to get it back.
Blue Ventolin inhaler with spacer near Monroe Library
Hey, I lost my blue Ventolin inhaler with a white mouthpiece yesterday around 3pm outside the Monroe Public Library on Oak Street. It's a standard blue inhaler with a grey spacer that helps me breathe easier, and there are a couple of light scratches on the canister. There's a small sticker with my initials 'P.P.' on the spacer. This inhaler is essential for my asthma, and I really need it back because I can't afford a replacement right now. If you found it, please drop it at the library desk or message me here. I'd be forever grateful.
Silver iPhone 12 Pro Max in blue panda-case
I lost my silver iPhone 12 Pro Max yesterday around 3pm in Monroe. It was in a blue OtterBox case with a panda sticker on the back and a cracked screen that's still mostly usable. The last place I remember using it was the Monroe Public Library on Oak Street, then I swung by the cafe next to Monroe City Hall before realizing it was gone. The wallpaper is a photo of my dog, Milo, and there's a tiny dent on the bottom edge. This phone has sentimental photos from family trips, and I'd really appreciate getting it back.
Calico lop rabbit missing since yesterday in Monroe
I lost my calico lop rabbit, Nibbles, yesterday around 3:15pm. He’s tiny, the size of a loaf, with a tri-color coat—orange, white, and black—and a white blaze on his chest. Last seen near the Monroe Public Library area, but I’m worried he might have wandered toward Little Creek Park behind the CVS on Elm Street. He’s pretty skittish, but he’s got a tiny blue bell collar with a silver heart tag that reads ‘Nibbles’ as a unique identifier. I’m really hoping to get him back; he was a gift from my sister and means a lot to me.
Gray Patagonia beanie with white logo
I lost my gray Patagonia beanie yesterday around 3pm near the Monroe Public Library on Oak Street. It's charcoal gray, rib-knit, one size fits most, with a small white Patagonia logo patch sewn on the cuff. The beanie is a little worn with some pilling at the edges, and there's a faint blue ink stain on the inner lining from a failed pen cleanup last winter. It means a lot to me—it was a gift from my sister and I wear it all the time in Monroe's chilly evenings. If anyone found it, please reach out; I really need it back and can describe it in more detail.
DeWalt 20V drill with two batteries
I lost my DeWalt 20V cordless drill, model DCD771, yesterday around 3pm near Riverside Hardware on Monroe's Main Street. It's the standard yellow and black, with a slightly scuffed grip and a blue star sticker on the battery. I always carry it with a small black hard case and two batteries; one battery has a red painter's tape mark to ID it. This drill is my go-to for home projects, and I really need it back—it was a gift from my dad and I’m halfway through a bookshelf build. If anyone found it, please reach out; I’ll gladly pick it up in Monroe.
