Blue plush dragon toy with orange wings

I lost my blue plush dragon toy yesterday around 3pm near the Monroe Public Library on Main Street. It's about 12 inches tall, with soft blue fur and bright orange felt wings, and there's a small star patch sewn on its pale belly. The toy has a tiny tear at the seam near the tail and a faint lavender scent from last winter's bedtime routine. It means a lot to my kid—it's been her go-to cuddle after school and was a gift from her grandmother, so it's got real sentimental value.
