Silver hoop earrings with turquoise accents

I found a pair of small silver hoop earrings with turquoise beads this morning around 9am in the parking lot behind the Walmart on McCulloch Boulevard in Lake Havasu City, Mohave County. They’re about 1 inch in diameter, with slim sterling-silver hoops and a tiny turquoise bead on each hoop. One bead has a tiny chip and there’s a faint scratch near the clasp, so they’re a little worn but still cute. They look like they might have been a gift or hold sentimental value to someone, and I’d love to reunite them with their owner.
