Found blue reflective dog harness

I found a blue reflective dog harness this afternoon around 3:15 PM behind the Walmart on Stockton Hill Road in Kingman, Mohave County. It's a medium nylon harness with a black quick-release buckle and a lime-green leash clipped to it. The harness has a white paw-print logo on the chest strap and a small snag near the neck from a rough play session. The overall condition is good, only light scuffs from outdoor use.
