Blue-glazed ceramic owl sculpture

I found a ceramic owl sculpture this afternoon around 2:15 pm behind the Walmart on Airway Avenue in Kingman, Mohave County. It's about 6 inches tall, 4 inches wide, with a glossy cobalt blue glaze speckled with tiny gold flecks. The piece is hand-painted and bears a small 'L Rivera' signature on the bottom, along with a faint crack at the base that doesn't go through. It's clearly a handmade item and looks like it might mean something special to the owner. If this belongs to you, I’d love to coordinate a safe pickup from the Walmart parking lot.
