Black leather briefcase with silver hardware

I found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 2:15pm near the valet area behind Bayside Marketplace on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. It's a mid-size Hartmann case with silver hardware and a slightly worn handle, and the zipper still works fine. Inside there's a padded laptop sleeve and a stack of business cards, plus a bright yellow luggage tag with the initials 'J.R.' and a small Miami Dolphins sticker on the outside.
