Found sculptures near Bayfront Park, Miami
I found this trio of metal sculptures after sunset, around 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2025, near the Bayfront Park entrance along Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. I was strolling the boardwalk when the pieces caught my eye, leaning against a bench and glinting under a streetlight. They look like abstract shapes, each about the size of a small chair and with a weathered patina that tells a story. I picked them up and brought them to this site, hoping the owner recognizes them and claims them here.
Lost Equipment for Various Sports near South Pointe Park
I found myself on Miami Beach this morning around 11:05 a.m. when I realized my Equipment for Various Sports had disappeared from my blue duffel bag on a bench near South Pointe Park. The bag held a basketball, shin guards, a couple of tennis balls, and a reusable water bottle; it's bright neon and easy to spot, but someone must have picked it up. I use this gear every week for pick-up games and weekend practices along Ocean Drive, so losing it is inconvenient and frustrating. I found a gold-tone Hamilton pocket watch with a delicate chain yesterday around 3pm outside a cafe on Lincoln Road at Meridian Ave in South Beach. It’s a vintage-looking piece, about the size of a large coin, with a black dial and Roman numerals, and a tiny red enamel heart charm dangling from the chain. On the back there’s an engraving that reads 'M. Rivera 1962,' and it sits in a worn black leather pouch with faded red lining. Vintage Hasbro Spider-Man action figure, mint in package
I found a rare vintage Hasbro Spider-Man action figure this afternoon around 3:15pm. It was in the parking lot behind Bayside Marketplace on Biscayne Boulevard, near the valet area. The figure is about 6 inches tall, red and blue suit, in its original blister packaging with a bit of yellowing from age. The card back shows a crease along the top edge and a small handwritten 'SP-06' on the bottom corner—the kind detail collectors notice. The figure itself looks pristine, no paint chipping, and the plastic window is intact.
