Found: Studs near Glass Beach
I was walking the Mendocino County coast, around 11:30 a.m. this Saturday, when I spotted a small pair of silver studs tucked under a driftwood log near the Glass Beach overlook in Fort Bragg. They looked recently dropped, not buried in sand, so I tucked them into my pocket and scanned the area for a passerby who might be missing them, but no one appeared. The studs are delicate, silver with tiny clear stones, probably worn for a special day. It felt good to return a small bit of joy to someone who might be anxious about losing it. I hope this helps connect them back to their owner.
