Lost: CDs near Beale Street, Memphis

Late Friday night around 9:45 PM, after the Beale Street music crawl, I realized my CDs were missing from my bag as I walked back toward the Orpheum Theatre. They’re in a black vinyl sleeve, with a few live recordings from last year, and the glow of neon by Beale Street makes the moment feel like a blur. I retraced my steps along the sidewalks and outside a couple of clubs, but the discs didn’t turn up. I’m hoping someone who picked them up did the right thing and kept them safe until I can reclaim them.
