Lost & found footwear in Memphis

Lost shoes near Beale Street, downtown Memphis.

Last Friday night, after the concert at the FedExForum, I realized my shoes were missing as I walked back toward Beale Street around 10:45 p.m. I had been along the riverfront near Beale Street Landing, and I must have kicked them off in the crowd after the show. I retraced my steps along the sidewalk and asked a few security staff and passersby, but no one had seen them. One shoe has a bright blue stripe, and I'm worn out from the day—hoping they turn up before I have to dash out for tomorrow's run.
