Last Friday around 7:15 PM, I was on my front porch on West Main Street in Medford, trying to finish hanging a string of warm white lights and a couple of glass ornaments. A gust knocked the tote from the step and I scrambled to grab it, but the bag with the holiday decorations disappeared. They are sentimental and remind me of Christmases at my parents' house. I’ve walked the block from The Commons to West Main several times since, hoping to spot something shiny on the ground. If you found a bag with lights and ornaments in that area, please keep an eye out.
Lost my organizers in Medford-Ashland
On Friday at 9:40 a.m., I realized my organizers were missing. I had them in a black binder with a red strap, and I was walking near Lithia Park's North Main Street entrance in downtown Ashland when a gust tugged them from my hand and they disappeared into a crack by a planter. They contain my schedule, contact details, and notes for a project I'm rushing to finish this week. It's a little maddening to be without them, especially with back-to-back meetings. The pouch has a crack along the edge and the back of the compass is engraved with my initials 'AO' and a tiny dent on the rim.
