Neon-green dog harness with leash

I found a neon-green dog harness with an orange reflective stripe and a matching black leash this afternoon around 3pm behind the Meadville Public Library on Market Street. It's a medium Rabbitgoo harness with a sturdy metal D-ring and a quick-release buckle. The chest strap features a white paw print pattern, and there's a tiny tear near the neck opening—it's clearly been used but still functional. It looked like someone dropped it near the library steps, so I posted here in case the owner is missing it. DM me here and we can arrange a safe pickup near Market Street by the library.
