Blue paperback novel with doodle and dog-eared pages

I found a blue Penguin Classics paperback this afternoon around 2:15pm, lying near the bike racks by the Mason City Public Library on 2nd Street. It's about 320 pages, with a bent spine and a small coffee ring along the back. Inside the front cover, someone drew a tiny pencil sun and the initials 'A.P.' in the margin, and there's a dog-eared page 42 with a faded sticker tucked there. The cover shows a few scuffs but it's in decent shape overall. I’d love to reunite it with its owner—books like this feel sentimental.
