Navy North Face parka with fur hood, lost

I lost my navy blue The North Face parka yesterday around 3:15 pm near the Portland Museum of Art on Free Street. It's a medium, waterproof coat with a detachable faux-fur hood, and it has a bright lime-green zipper pull plus a small red patch on the left sleeve. There's a tiny coffee stain near the hem and a minor fray at the cuff, but otherwise it's in good condition. This coat has sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother and I really need it back.
