Silver bracelet with blue stone, found near Riverfront Park

I found a silver bracelet with a small blue stone this afternoon by the Riverfront Park gazebo along the Blackwater Creek trail in downtown Lynchburg. The bracelet is delicate, about 7 inches long, with a tiny heart charm and an inside engraving that looks like the letter 'M'.
