Found black leather wallet near the playground in Riverside Park, Lynchburg, slightly muddy with cards and cash inside.

I found a black leather wallet in the grass near the playground in Riverside Park, Lynchburg. It looks like it has been there for a little while since it was slightly muddy. Inside, there were a few cards and some cash. I would love to return it to its rightful owner, as I believe it's a valuable item to them.
