Found navy blue hoodie with small tear near hem at Logan Park.

Description

I found a navy blue hoodie in the grass at Logan Park while walking my dog yesterday. It's a size large and has a small tear near the hem. There were no identifiable tags or labels inside. I want to make sure it gets back to the owner as it looks like it gets used frequently!
