Inside were two saxophones, one with a dent near the bell and a snug yellow strap that shows a lot of practice. The whole setup smelled faintly of oil and old sheet music, as if someone had just finished a session and forgot to come back. I picked them up, checked for a name, and left them on the bench in plain sight, hoping to help the owner find them through this site.

Found sculptures near USU campus grounds.

I found these sculptures this afternoon, around 3:15 p.m., outside the Utah State University Student Center by Old Main Hill. I was walking back from the library when I spotted a weathered tote tucked behind a bench, with three small metal figures peeking out. They look like hand-sized abstract sculptures, with a patina that catches the sun. They clearly aren’t mine, so I brought them to the campus information desk to be held for safekeeping. It feels strange and hopeful at once--like a tiny sign that someone else cares enough to wear their art in public. I hope the owner will recognize them soon through this listing.

Found Canines in Logan, near Willow Park

At around 7:12 p.m. on Tuesday, I was along the Logan River Trail near Willow Park when two dogs wandered up, muddy from the recent rain, clearly lost. They wore mismatched collars and neither had a readable tag. I kept them close, brought them to my garage for a bit of warmth, and then brought them to the local animal shelter to check for microchips. I’m posting here to help reunite them with their family through the site. It felt like relief mixed with worry in that moment—the hope that these two friendly strangers will find their way back home soon.
