Found swimsuit at Allen County Fairgrounds, Lima-Findlay
I was walking near the Allen County Fairgrounds in the Lima-Findlay area around 3:12 pm this Saturday when I spotted a swimsuit crumpled on the grass by the bench near the main entrance under the old maple tree. It’s a bright blue piece with a floral trim and a small snag on the strap, clearly worn but not torn. I picked it up and tucked it into my tote for safekeeping, hoping the owner would see this and know someone cared enough to hold onto it. I imagine the owner might be someone who planned a last-minute swim or a family day, and I’m glad I could help keep that plan intact.
Lost belts in Lima / Findlay, OH
I realized my belts were missing around 1:15 p.m. on Main Street in downtown Lima, just past the Allen County Courthouse, after I ducked into a coffee shop for a quick break. They are brown leather with simple brass buckles, gifts from my dad, and I wear them almost every day, so losing them hits hard. I retraced the sidewalks from the courthouse plaza to the old fountain on Market Street, but no sign of them. If they turn up, I hope someone picked them up and kept them safe; they’re not just accessories, they’re a small piece of family history.
Red Nike running shoes, size 9
I lost my red Nike running shoes yesterday around 3pm along Market Street near the Lima Public Library. They're red mesh with a white Nike swoosh, size 9, and the left shoe has a tiny blue stitch at the heel and a slightly frayed lace. The soles show some wear from daily runs, but they're still comfy. They mean a lot to me because they were a gift from my sister and they hold sentimental value. If anyone found them, please drop them off at the Lima Police Department lobby or message me here. I’d be really grateful to get them back.
Navy Levi's denim jacket with fox patch
I found a navy Levi's denim jacket this morning around 9:15am near the Findlay Public Library on West Main Cross St. It's a men's size M, in decent shape with a small coffee stain on the cuff. On the left chest pocket there's a tiny fox embroidery, and inside the pocket there's a leather patch stamped with the initials RP. I grabbed it to keep it from getting lost and figured someone missing it would want it back sooner rather than later. If this jacket might be yours, I’m happy to meet up near the library to verify ownership and hand it over.
Lost black tie tuxedo with size 42 regular and classic black bow tie, possibly left at the coat check of Lima Community Center.
I lost my black tie tuxedo while attending a wedding at the Lima Community Center last Saturday. It is a size 42 regular and includes a classic black bow tie. I think I might have left it in the coat check area, but I'm not sure. It has sentimental value as it was a gift from my grandfather, and I would really appreciate it if anyone found it.
