Blue and white cockatiel with orange cheeks

I lost my blue and white cockatiel with orange cheeks yesterday around 5pm near the Lexington Green shopping center on Nicholasville Road. He's a small bird—about the size of a robin—with a bright orange patch on each cheek and a pale white face. He wears a tiny silver leg band engraved 'AK-4' and has a faint crescent-shaped white patch on his left wing that’s easy to spot up close. I last had him in a light-blue PetsCo cage with a yellow perch; I think he fluttered away near the Barnes & Noble and the bus stop by Lexington Green. This bird means a lot to me—it's a gift from my aunt, and I’m really hoping to get him back safe and sound.
