I lost my black waterproof jacket while walking my dog near Lake Parker Park in Lakeland on Saturday evening. It was getting dark, and I think I accidentally left it by one of the benches near the water. The jacket is a size medium and has a hood. It also has my initials 'J.D.' stitched inside. I'm really hoping to get it back!
