Silver ring with blue gemstone found near lakefront boardwalk

Found a silver ring this afternoon around 3:15pm on the Lake Charles lakefront boardwalk near the Arts District entrance. It's a simple silver band, roughly a size 6, with a small oval blue gemstone and a delicate wave pattern etched along the edge. Inside the band there's a tiny engraving 'A.J.' and a faint dent from where it likely bumped the railing. It felt sentimental—hopeful it belongs to someone who'll recognize the tiny engraving.
