Blue leather passport holder with RFID slot

I found this blue leather passport holder this afternoon around 4:15 pm behind The Golden Nugget Lake Charles on Imperial Street in Lake Charles. It's in decent shape, with a small coffee stain on the top flap, a discreet silver initial 'A' embossed in the bottom corner, and a faint red stitching along the outer seam. Inside there's a passport pocket, a couple of boarding passes, and a SIM-card sleeve—clearly traveled with. If someone recognizes it, I’ll be around the casino entrance this week and can arrange a safe meetup to hand it back.
