Blue dragon plush with purple heart

Found a blue dragon plush this afternoon around 4:15 pm near the Lake Charles boardwalk behind the Civic Center by the Calcasieu River. It's about 10 inches tall, with soft plush fabric, bright blue fur, a yellow belly, and tiny orange horns. A small purple heart is stitched on its chest, and there's a tiny seam tear near the tail, but it's in pretty good shape overall. I'm keeping it safe here and really want to reunite it with the owner.
