I lost my kitchen appliances around 7:45 PM on Saturday when I realized they were missing from the back porch in Ottawa. A compact toaster oven, a blender, and a coffee maker had been stacked near the door after I brought in groceries. The porch light spilled across wet leaves, and my heart sank. Those items aren’t just stuff to me—they were gifts that carried family memories, especially the blender that belonged to my grandmother. I keep hoping someone picked them up and left them somewhere safe near the La Salle Co Courthouse area in Ottawa. If anyone saw something or moved them by mistake, I’d be incredibly grateful to have them back.
