Black satin tuxedo jacket with bow tie found in Kokomo

I found a black satin tuxedo jacket with satin lapels and a matching bow tie, size medium, lying on the curb near the Kokomo Mall entrance on Lincoln Road this afternoon around 3:15 pm. The jacket is in good condition but wrinkled; inside the left pocket I found a small fabric tag with initials 'J.R.' and a pair of silver cufflinks tucked in the breast pocket. There’s a faint coffee stain on the inner lining, not visible from the outside. It seems like it belonged to someone preparing for a formal event and I’d love to get it back to its owner.
