lost CDs in Kirksville, MO
I lost CDs in Kirksville, MO yesterday around 1:30 pm. I was headed back from a study session at Truman State University and realized my CD binder was missing from my backpack. The collection includes some rare indie pressings and a few personal recordings from my late aunt, which makes them irreplaceable to me. I retraced from Market Street downtown to the campus library steps, then over near Thousand Hills State Park, but nothing turned up. Any help would be appreciated.
Red hardcover poetry book with fox bookmark
Yesterday around 3pm, I lost my red hardcover poetry book outside the Truman State University Bookstore on Normal Ave in Kirksville. It's about 6 by 9 inches, with a slightly rubbed red cloth cover and a small coffee stain on the back; the corners are a bit bent from travel. Inside, my blue ink initials 'P.P.' are on the flyleaf, and there's a tiny green library sticker. A fox-shaped metal bookmark sticks out from page 42, making it easy to spot if you skim through it. This book was a gift from my grandmother and it has a lot of sentimental value—would be devastated to get it back.
Blue paperback copy of Educated with pink bookmark
Yesterday around 3pm I realized my blue paperback copy of Educated by Tara Westover is missing in Kirksville. It's a standard 8 x 5 inch paperback, with a creased spine, and a pink parrot-shaped bookmark sticking out from page 143. I think it happened while I was studying outside the Truman State University library on Normal Ave; I moved between a bench and a table and must have left it there. This book is my go-to for class notes and it has sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back.
