Lost blue winter hat with white pom-pom near the park by 15th Ave in Kenosha-Racine.

I lost my favorite blue winter hat while walking my dog in Kenosha-Racine over by the park near 15th Ave. I think it might have fallen out of my jacket pocket. The hat is quite warm and has a white pom-pom on top. I really hope someone finds it, as it was a gift from my grandmother.
