Jazz Fest ticket on red lanyard

Found a Jazz Fest ticket this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Kenosha HarborMarket on 2nd Avenue by the marina. It's a single-entry concert ticket printed on glossy white stock with a big gold star and a holographic sticker in the corner. The accompanying lanyard is bright red and has a small black fox logo. The ticket shows Section A, Row 7, Seat 24 and a partial barcode, so it obviously belongs to someone attending the event.
