I found a Driver's License along the Lake Michigan shoreline near HarborPark in the Kenosha-Racine area this afternoon, around 3:15 p.m. I was walking along the HarborWalk when a slim, laminated card caught my eye under a bench by the gazebo. It’s clearly someone’s license; I kept it with me and placed it on the public listing.
