Beige 4x6 area rug, found near Racine Main Street Library

I found this beige area rug outside the downtown library on Main Street in Racine this morning around 9:15am. It's a woven jute rug, roughly 4x6 feet, with a subtle braided border and a small blue thread snag along the top edge. There's a faint coffee stain in one corner and a barely noticeable tag on the underside that reads 'Nordic Home.' It looks well-loved but sturdy, so I figured someone might be missing it after moving furniture or redecorating.
