Hi, I’m Grace Thompson. Yesterday around 6:45 p.m., I found a set of utensils on a bench behind Kalispell Public Library near Depot Park in Kalispell, Montana. It looked like someone had picnicked or grabbed them on the run and forgot them. The utensil set includes forks, knives, and a spatula, all clean but dusty from the park air. I picked them up and figured they’d belong to someone who had a busy day, so I tucked them into my tote so they wouldn’t blow away. I imagine the owner’s relief when these turn up again. I lost my grandmother's quilts, two handmade pieces that mean the world to me. One is a vintage blue-and-white star-pattern quilt, the other a warm, autumn-toned patchwork with browns and greens. I last saw them at 3:15 p.m. last Saturday on a bench near Depot Park in downtown Kalispell, Montana. They were used during long Montana winters and remind me of family gatherings; losing them feels like losing a piece of home.

I lost my black Lenovo Yoga laptop 14-inch yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in Kalispell. It was tucked inside a black protective case with a red 'PP' sticker on the lid and a blue braided charger cord wrapped around the power brick. The laptop is slim, about 3 pounds, with a matte finish and a small dent on the top edge from a minor drop last month. There’s a coffee ring on the palm rest from earlier that day, and it also holds some family photos and work documents I really don’t want to lose. I was in the middle of a quick home project when my blue Bosch cordless drill vanished yesterday around 3:00 p.m. I last had it in my hand at the parking lot behind the Kalispell Public Library on 3rd Avenue East after grabbing a quick coffee. It's a blue Bosch drill with a black rubber grip that’s worn smooth from daily use, and it still has the 20V max battery attached. A small dent on the metal chuck and a chipped blue paint spot on the housing make it stand out. It means a lot to me to have it back—this drill helps with repairs and it was a gift from my dad.
