I lost my small brown Shih Tzu last seen near Riverside Park in Janesville while we were out for a walk. He is very friendly but can be a bit shy around strangers. He is wearing a blue collar with a tag showing my phone number. I'm really worried about him and hope someone might have seen him. Please let me know if you have any information!
