Elena Martinez, 28, red jacket missing

I lost my sister Elena Martinez yesterday around 3:15pm in Janesville. She was wearing a forest-green parka, a bright red scarf, and blue jeans, and she wears a silver moon pendant. She has a small bird tattoo on her right inner forearm. The last sighting was near Riverside Park, at the corner of Center Ave and Main St, heading toward the public library.
