Beige leather handbag with burgundy scarf

I found this beige handbag this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Janesville Public Library on Main Street. It's a medium-sized tan real leather bag with gold-tone hardware, and a burgundy floral scarf tied to the handle. There's a small star-shaped pin on the zipper pull, and overall it's in good condition aside from a tiny scuff on the bottom corner. I figured someone must be missing it, so I'm posting here in hopes the owner sees it. If this is yours, let me know a detail only you would know to verify.
