I found a black leather handbag with gold hardware this afternoon around 3:15pm in Jackson, outside the River Market on Water Street. It's a Michael Kors tote, about 12 inches tall and 14 inches wide with a zip top and a small interior pocket. A leopard-print scarf is tied to the strap and there's a small white leather patch inside with the initials 'L.M.' written in cursive.
