Navy North Face parka found near Jackson Library

I found a navy blue North Face parka this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Jackson Library on Oak Avenue. It's a men's XL, in solid used condition, with a bright orange lining that shows when you peek inside the hood. The jacket has a small embroidered compass patch on the left sleeve and an inside pocket tag with the initials 'AR'. There are a couple of scuffs on the cuffs, but nothing major—it's clearly well-loved.
