Found glucose meter in blue case

Found a white blood glucose meter this afternoon around 2:15pm in the Jackson Medical Plaza parking lot, near the High Street entrance by the cafe. It’s tucked into a bright blue zippered case with a small red heart sticker on the front. The meter is slim, about the size of my phone, and the case has a little wear from daily use. I didn’t see any name tag, but there are a few test strips still inside the case. I know how important this device is for daily health, so I’d love to get it back to its owner.
