Tan leather notebook with emergency contacts

I lost my tan leather notebook with emergency contacts yesterday around 3:15pm near the Iowa City Public Library on College Street. It's about 4x3 inches, with a worn tan cover and a red elastic bookmark that sticks out when it’s in my bag. Inside are pages of blue-ink handwriting—family numbers and the doctor’s contact—plus a small coffee stain on the back and a dent from a tumble. This notebook has sentimental value; it holds my late grandmother’s notes and a few irreplaceable numbers.
