Gold hoop earrings with emerald charm

Found a pair of gold-tone hoop earrings this afternoon around 4:15pm in the pedestrian mall area near the Iowa City Public Library on Washington Street. One hoop has a tiny emerald charm shaped like a leaf, and the other has a faint star engraving inside. They seem in good condition, no missing stones, just a little hair snagged in the clasp.
